Emergency Meetings
The Board of Selectmen had an emergency meeting Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 4:00pm in the Town Hall lower level meeting room to provide an update on the flooding event.
There is a Public Hearing Friday, June 12, 2026 at 4:00pm in the Town Hall lower level meeting room to discuss the emergency expenditure of funds.

Madison Elementary School CLOSED Thursday and Friday, June 12, 2026.
Transfer Station is OPEN to MADISON RESIDENTS ONLY – via Community Market/Eidelweiss Drive/north side of 113.
Route 113 is still CLOSED on the big hill/south side of Boulder Road to Madison Corner/East Madison Road/Village Road.
Open roads should be passed slowly with caution, paying close attention to the sides of the road.

Brook Washout
**SILVER LAKE WATER LEVEL WARNING**
Silver Lake levels is 1 (one) foot above normal. Boats are seen floating above their docks, and may become detached from their moorings.
CHECK ON YOUR BOATS
Boats may be REMOVED via the Silver Lake Boat Launch on East Shore Drive.
DO NOT LAUNCH BOATS TODAY
