How to Request Time on the Selectmen’s Agenda

The Madison Board of Selectmen consists of five elected individuals who serve alternating three-year terms.

The Board meets every other Tuesday evening beginning at 4:30 pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room (lower level) unless otherwise noted.

2026 Meeting Dates:  January 6 & 20; February 3 & 17; March 3, 17 & 31; April 14 & 28; May 12 & 26; June 9 & 23; July 7 & 21; August 4 & 18; September 1, 15 & 29; October 13 & 27; November 10 & 24; December 8 & 22.

Outside of their scheduled meetings, the Selectmen do not hold set office hours.

Visit www.madison-nh.org/meeting-agendas to view agenda and call Town Administrator Linda Shackford at 603-367-4332 x300 to request an appointment on an upcoming agenda.

Agendas close at noon on the Thursday prior to the next scheduled meeting per the Selectmen’s Meeting Procedure document.
