MINUTES
Selectmen Present: Chairman Michael Brooks, John Arruda and Michel Benoit.
Others Present: Road Agent Bill Chick, Sr. & Videographer Tim Hughes
Where and When Posted: Town Hall upper and lower bulletin boards, Madison & Silver Lake Post Offices on May 6, 2009.
WARD PARCEL – The Selectmen met with the Road Agent to discuss the finishing work needed to be done to complete the Ward Parcel reclamation project started in 2004. Chick will look to get bids on hiring a bulldozer & operator to complete the grading and prepare for loam and seeding. Selectmen are hopeful of receiving proposals to be reviewed at the May 19th meeting with the ultimate goal of having seeding complete by Labor Day.
NON-PUBLIC SESSION – 7:30AM – Brooks made a motion to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A: 3II (i) to discuss security issues with Administrator Arias & Police Chief Mullen in the Selectmen’s Office upstairs, seconded by Benoit, and so voted. Roll Call Vote: Arruda – aye, Brooks – aye, Benoit – aye. 8:20 AM – Brooks made a motion to return to public session and seal the minutes of the non-public meeting, seconded by Arruda, and so voted.
ADJOURNED – 8:20 AM – As there was no further business to discuss; Brooks made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Benoit, and so voted.
