Town of Madison Selectmen

The Madison Board of Selectmen consists of three elected individuals who serve alternating three-year terms.  The Board meets bi-weekly on Tuesday evenings beginning at 4:30 pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room (lower level).  Click here for the Selectmen’s Meeting Procedure document.  Outside of their scheduled meetings, the Selectmen do not hold set office hours. 

Visit www.madison-nh.org/meeting-agendas to view agenda and call Town Administrator Linda Shackford at 367-4332 x300 to request an appointment on an upcoming agenda.  Agendas close at noon on the Thursday prior to the next scheduled meeting per the Selectmen’s Meeting Procedure document.

                                                   2020 Meeting Dates:  

The September 8th meeting has been cancelled.

January 14 & 28; February 11 & 25; March 10 & 24; April 7 & 21; May 5 & 19;  June 2, 16 & 30; July 14 & 28; August 11 & 25; September 8 & 22; October 6 & 20; November 3 & 17; December 1, 15 & 29.  The November 3rd meeting has been cancelled.
