Youth T-ball and Pee Wee Program

Madison Recreation Department offers T-Ball to boys and girls in the grades or equivalent grade levels of kindergarden and first grade.  Pee Wee is offered to boys and girls in the grades or equivalent grade levels of second and third grade.  These progams start In May and goes through the first week of June.  The Youth Sports Program forms are available in Town Hall reception area, Madison Elementary School office and on the Recreation Department link of the Town of Madison website.
