Youth Sofball Program

Madison Recreation Department offers softball to girls in the grades or equivalent grade levels of fourth, fifth and sixth grade.  The progam starts in September and goes through October.  The Youth Sports Program forms are available in Town Hall reception area, Madison Elementary School office and on the Recreation Department link of the Town of Madison website.

Equipment requirements for each player is a mouth guard and glove.  Mouth Guards are mandatory.  Uniforms will be provided by the Recreation Department.
