THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:

 

11/01/2009

A criminal mischief complaint was investigated on East Shore Drive.

Assistance was given to another department on Conway Road.

 

11/2/2009

Assistance was given to another department on Presidential View Drive.

A civil standby was attended on Village Road.

An alarm activation was investigated on Allard Hill Road.

Assistance was given to another department in Freedom.

A motor vehicle complaint resulted in the operator being arrested for driving while intoxicated (2nd offense) and operating after revocation or suspension.

Police information was investigated on Lead Mine Road.

An illegal dumping complaint was investigated on Ledge Pond Road.

An animal complaint was investigated on Conway Road.

A VIN verification was completed on Eidelweiss Drive.

A burglary complaint was investigated on East Shore Drive.

A criminal trespass complaint was investigated on Village Road.

Public assistance was given on East Shore Drive.

Public Assistance was given on Village Road.

A criminal trespass complaint was investigated, resulting in a suspect being arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Assistance was given to another department on Maple Grove Road.

A fire call was attended on Woodland Road.

A civil dispute was investigated on Village Road.

Assistance was given to another department on Conway Road.

A welfare check was conducted on East Shore Drive.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED:

 

On 11/3/2009, a motor vehicle collided with two parked vehicles in a parking lot on Village Road – no injuries were reported.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 11/2/2009, Birgitta M. Overbey, age 36, of Madison, NH was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (2nd Offence) and Driving after Revocation or Suspension.

 

On 11/4/2009, Ralph D. Fanciullo, age 62, of Madison, NH was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

 

THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC CITATIONS WERE ISSUED:

 

1 Summons – Speed

10 Warnings – Speed

1 Warning – Yellow Line

2 Warnings – Possession of License Required

2 Warnings – Defective Equipment – Head Light

1 Warning – Failure to Display Registration Decal

1 Warning – Failure to Obtain NH Driver’s License
