WEEK ENDING 09/12/2009

 

THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:

 

9/6/2009

A barking dog complaint was investigated on Madison Shores Blvd.

 

9/7/2009

A criminal mischief complaint was investigated on Caroline Avenue.

An alarm activation was investigated on Deer Hill Road.

A motor vehicle stop resulted in the operator being arrested for operating after suspension or revocation.

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Conway road.

 

9/8/2009

Assistance was given to another department on Savary Road.

A criminal trespass complaint was investigated on Bickford Road.

A duty to report was completed on Village Road.

An attempted burglary complaint was investigated on Madison Shores Blvd resulting in four participants being arrested for criminal mischief, criminal trespass, unlawful possession of alcohol and transportation of alcohol/minor.

 

9/10/2009

Assistance was given to another department on Mt. Washington Drive.

 

9/11/2009

A welfare check was performed on Island Drive.

A violation of a restraining order was investigated on Summer Lane.

 

9/12/2009

Police information was investigated on Village Road.

A noise complaint was investigated on Village Road.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED:

 

A single vehicle accident was investigated on East Madison Road – the operator was treated for injuries at the scene.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 9/7/2009 a juvenile was arrested on Conway Road (Route 113) for Driving after Revocation or Suspension.

 

On 9/8/2009, Danielle Fiore, age 21, of North Hampton, NH was arrested for Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Criminal Trespass.

 

On 9/8/2009, James F. Boddy, age 23, of Haverill, MA was arrested for Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Criminal Trespass and Fugitive from Justice.

 

On 9/9/2009, Ellen M. Scagel, age 20, of Bradford, MA was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.

 

On 9/9/2009, James T. Doucette III, age 20, of Haverill, MA was arrested for Transportation Alcohol/Minor.

 

THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC CITATIONS WERE ISSUED:

4 Warnings – Motor Vehicle Inspection Violation

3 Warnings – Failure to Display Plates

3 Warnings – Defective Equipment – Head Light

3 Warnings – Defective Equipment – Tail Light

2 Warnings – Stop Sign

2 Warnings – Possession of Registration Required

1 Warning – Possession of License Required

1 Warning – Following too Closely

1 Warning – Eye and Face Protection – Motorcycle Rules
