A civil complaint was investigated in Eidelweiss.

 

8/24/2009

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Grison Road.

Police information was investigated on Village Road.

Public assistance was given on Village Road.

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on East Shore Drive.

 

A medical aid was attended on Appenval Way.

Assistance was given to another department on Little Shore Drive.

A 911 hang-up was investigated on Danforth Lane.

An animal complaint was investigated on Route 16.

Assistance was given to another department on Village Road.

An animal involved incident was investigated on Grison Road.

A traffic stop on Plains Road resulted in the operator being arrested for reckless conduct; place another in danger, transportation of drugs, littering; penalties, disobeying an officer, limitations – passing on the right, speed and transportation of alcohol.

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 8/23/2009, Carl S. Olson, age 70, of Madison, NH was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Mischief.

 

On 8/25/2009, John D. McGregor-Churchil, age 27, of Salem, MA was arrested for Reckless Conduct; Place Another in Danger, Transportation of Drugs, Littering, Disobeying an Officer, Limitations – Passing on the Left, Speed and Transportation of Alcohol.

 

THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC CITATIONS WERE ISSUED:

 

1 Summons – Child Restraints Required

5 Warnings – Stop Sign

2 Warnings – Speed

3 Warnings – Defective Equipment – Tail Light
