On 8/22/2009, Cynthia Vigeant, age 20, of Conway, NH was arrested for Aggravated DWI, Possession of Controlled/Narcotic Drugs, Endangering Welfare of Child/Incompetent, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, Transportation Alcohol/Minor and Yellow Line.
