A civil dispute was investigated on Conway Road.

A motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Lugano Drive.

Assistance was given to another department on Village Road.

 

 

8/11/2009

Found property was investigated on East Shore Drive.

A littering complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

A medical aid was attended on Summer Lane.

A disturbance was investigated on Summer Lane.

A dog @ large complaint was investigated on Boulder Road.

An alarm activation was investigated on Lily Lane

A motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Deer Hill Road.

A civil standby was attended on East Madison Road.

A suspicious vehicle complaint was investigated on Maple Grove Road.

 

8/13/2009

A theft complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

A welfare check was performed on Route 16.

Assistance was given to another department on Conway Road.

A welfare check on Allard Hill Road resulted in an involved participant being placed into protective custody.

 

8/14/2009

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive resulting in two suspects being arrested for theft by unauthorized taking and one suspect being arrested for receiving stolen property.

A criminal mischief complaint was investigated on East Madison Road.

A town ordinance violation was investigated on Glines Hill Road.

Assistance was given to another department in Eaton.

A lost property complaint was investigated in Madison.

An alarm activation was investigated on Whitetail Lane.

 

8/15/2009

A burglary complaint was investigated on Colby Hill Road.

Assistance was given to another department in Ossipee.

Assistance was given to another department in Freedom.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 8/11/2009, Melissa A. Piper, age 25, of Madison, NH was arrested for Negligent Driving and Unregistered Vehicle.

 

On 8/14/2009, Kevin Flanigan, age 18, of Sandwich, MA was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.

 

On 8/14/2009, Sean Gallagher, age 18, of Sandwich, MA was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.

 

On 8/14/2009, Sean Stuber, age 18, of Sandwich, MA was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:

 

On 8/10/2009 at 1:25 p.m., a vehicle went off the roadway on Route 153 and crashed into a parked vehicle – no personal injury was reported.

 

On 8/15/2009 at 3:40 p.m., a one-vehicle accident occurred when a bear ran into a vehicle traveling on Conway Road – no personal injury was reported.
