THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:

 

07/04/2010

A civil disturbance was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

A traffic stop resulted in the operator being arrested for aggravated DUI and open container and a passenger being arrested for possession of marijuana.

 

07/05/2010

A civil standby was completed on Fall Lane.

A domestic disturbance was investigated on Waldsbut Drive resulting in a suspect being arrested.

 

07/06/2010

Police information was investigated on East Shore Drive.

Paperwork service was completed on Waldsbut Drive.

 

07/07/2010

A VIN verification was completed on Allard Hill Road.

A motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

Public assistance was given on Village Road.

Found property was investigated on East Shore Drive.

An animal involved incident was investigated on Route 153.

A disturbance was investigated on Plains Road.

A criminal mischief complaint was investigated on Conway Road.

An animal involved incident was investigated on Stone Lane.

An alarm activation was investigated on Village Road.

Assistance was given to another department on Boulder Road.

A noise complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED:

 

On 7/9/2010 at approximately 8:35 p.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred on Plains Road – no personal injury was reported.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 07/05/2010, Justin T. English, age 27, of Sanford, ME was arrested for Aggravated DWI, Open Container and Failure to Use Required Turn Signals.

 

On 07/05/2010, Rachel R. Losee, age 31, of Sanford, ME was arrested for Possession Controlled Drug.

 

On 07/05/2010, Edward M. Lepore, age 30, of Madison, NH was arrested for Simple Assault (two counts), Criminal Mischief (2 counts), False Imprisonment and Reckless Conduct.
