Assistance was given to another department on Glines Hill Road.

A civil standby was performed on East Shore Drive.

A disturbance was investigated on East Shore Drive.

A domestic assault complaint was investigated on Meadows Drive resulting in the suspect being arrested for simple assault, criminal threatening and false imprisonment.

An alarm activation was investigated on Village Road.

A theft complaint was investigated on Porridge Shore Drive.

Public assistance was given on Charlotte Point Road.

Paperwork service was completed on Village Road.

A civil standby was performed on Meadows Drive.

A missing person complaint was investigated on Village Road.

Assistance was given to another department in Eaton.

A suspicious vehicle investigation resulted in the operator being arrested for DWI.

A 911 hang-up was investigated on Cooks Pond Lane.

A traffic stop resulted in the operator being arrested for operating with a suspended license.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARREST WAS MADE:

 

On 6/21/2009, Jack Hackley II, age 30, of Madison, NH was arrested for Simple Assault (Domestic), Criminal threatening (Intimidation, etc) and False Imprisonment.

 

On 6/23/2009, Matthew Hall, age 26, of Madison, NH was arrested on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

 

On 6/27/2009, Randall E. Recknagel, age 55, of Center Ossipee, NH was arrested for DWI.

 

On 6/27/2009, Ryan Filker, age 18, of Sudbury, MA was arrested for Operating with a Suspended License.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED:

 

On 6/23/2009 at 7:45 a.m. on Conway Road, a motor vehicle struck a deer with minor damage to the vehicle – no personal injuries were reported.
