THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 4/2/2008, Luke R. Clough, age 23, of Madison, NH was arrested on a charge of Fugitive from Justice.

 

On 4/2/2008, Richard C. Smith, age 20, of North Conway, NH was arrested on a charge of Fugitive from Justice.

 

On 4/5/2008, Peter Wing, age 47, of Madison, NH was released on a summons for Dog Control Law; Running at Large and Dog a Menace, Nuisance or Vicious.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:

 

On 3/30/2008 on East Madison Road, a motor vehicle collided with a deer – no injuries were reported.

 

On 3/30/2008 on Conway Road, a motor vehicle collided with a deer – no injuries were reported.

 

On 3/31/2008 on Lead Mine Road, a motor vehicle collided with a deer – no injuries were reported.

 

On 3/31/2008, on High Street, a motor vehicle slid off the road due to the road conditions at that time – no personal injury was reported.

 

On 4/4/2008 in the parking lot of Madison Library on Village Road, a two-vehicle collision occurred – no injuries were reported.

 

THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC CITATIONS WERE ISSUED:

2 Warnings – Yellow Line

1 Warning – Possession of License Required

1 Warning – Stop Sign
