THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:
On 3/30/2009 Madison Police assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office by arresting Jesse Fulcher, age 28 of Albany, NH for domestic related charges.
On 4/4/2009, Janine C. Chagnon, age 41 of Somerville, MA was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
