THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:

 

2/8/2009

Assistance was given to another department in Ossipee.

A medical aid was attended on East Shore Drive.

An alarm activation was investigated on Maple Grove Road.

 

2/9/2009

A motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Barden Place.

A medical aid was attended on Stag Drive.

Assistance was given to another department on Route 41.

 

2/10/2009

A welfare check was performed on Cooks Pond Lane.

A road rage incident that occurred in another town resulted in the suspect being arrested on Village Road in Madison.

A bench warranted that was issued in District Court North resulted in the offender being arrested on Route 16, Madison.

 

2/11/2009

A civil standby was attended on Conway Road.

Motorist assistance was given on East Madison Road.

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Village Road.

An animal complaint was investigated on Route 16.

A disturbance was investigated on Diessbach Drive.

A domestic violence incident resulted in the suspect being arrested for simple assault.

A theft complaint made in October 2008 resulted in the suspect being arrested on 02//11/2009.

 

2/14/2009

A theft by deception complaint was investigated on Route 153.

 

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 2/10/2009, an adult male was taken into protective custody on Route 16.

 

On 2/10/2009, Michael W. Parker, age 33, of Madison, NH was arrested without a warrant for criminal threatening.

 

On 2/10/2009, Matthew Hall, age 26, of Madison, NH was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

 

On 2/11/2009, Ralph J. Abbott, age 50, of Rochester, NH was arrested for Theft; From a Building.

 

On 2/12/2009, Matthew Hall, age 26, of Madison, NH was arrested for Simple Assault and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:

 

On 2/10/2009 at 11:09 a.m., a two vehicle accident was investigated on Mt. Washington Drive – no personal injuries were reported.
