THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:
2/3/2009
A suspicious person complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.
A medical aid was attended on Rosewood Lane.
Public assistance was given on Village Road.
Motorist assistance was given on Lead Mine Road.
A snowmobile accident was investigated and resulted in the operator being arrested for operating an OHRV with a suspended/revoked license and unreasonable speed.

A burglary complaint was investigated on Route 16.
Public assistance was given on Village Road.
A duty to report service was completed on Village Road.
A fire was attended on Boat Ramp Road.

A domestic disturbance was investigated on Sylvester Road.
A civil standby was attended on Pine Hill Road.
Assistance was given to another department on Rout 16.
A motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Route 153.
THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:
On 2/3/2009, Michael R. Zapolski, age 40, of Chocorua, NH was arrested for Operating OHRV with Suspended/Revoked License and unreasonable speed.
On 2/5/2009, an adult female was taken into protective custody at Madison PD.
THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:
On 2/1/2009 at 5:31 p.m., a two vehicle accident was investigated on Route 41 – no personal injuries were reported.
On 2/4/2009 at 3:14 p.m., a two vehicle accident was investigated on Tasker Hill Road – no personal injuries were reported.
On 2/6/2009 a one collision between a snowmobile and a deer was investigated near Kingswood Circle – no personal injury was reported by the operator; the deer was deceased.
