THE FOLLOWING CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE ATTENDED TO:

 

01/17/2010

A domestic disturbance was investigated on Forest Pines Road.

A dog @ large complaint was investigated on Eidelweiss Drive.

Motorist assistance was given on Conway Road.

Motorist assistance was given on Huttwil Drive.

A runaway juvenile complaint was investigated on Boulder Road.

A parking complaint was investigated on Maple Grove Road.

 

01/20/2010

A 911 hang-up was investigated on Conway Road.

A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Village Road.

Assistance was given to another department on Village Road.

Public assistance was given on Fox Road.

A civil issue complaint was investigated on East Madison Road.

Public assistance was given on Village Road.

A traffic stop resulted in the operator being arrested for operating without a valid license.

A traffic stop resulted in the operator being arrested for driving under the influence, driving under the influence – 2nd offense, transportation of alcohol, speed and operating without a valid license.

THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:

 

On 21 January 2010, David M. Miller, age 43, of Berlin, NH was arrested for Operating Without a Valid License.

 

On 21 January 2010, Marco C. Barrios, age 38, of Lovell, ME was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence – 2nd Offense, Transportation of Alcohol, Speed and Operating Without a Valid License.

 

THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:

 

On 1/20/2010 a single motor vehicle accident was investigated at the intersection of Fox Road and East Madison Road – no personal injury was reported.

 

On 1/20/2010 a single motor vehicle accident was investigated on East Madison Road near Lead Mine Road – no personal injury was reported.

 

THE FOLLOWING TRAFFIC CITATIONS WERE ISSUED:
