THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS WERE MADE:
On 21 January 2010, David M. Miller, age 43, of Berlin, NH was arrested for Operating Without a Valid License.
On 21 January 2010, Marco C. Barrios, age 38, of Lovell, ME was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence – 2nd Offense, Transportation of Alcohol, Speed and Operating Without a Valid License.
THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:
On 1/20/2010 a single motor vehicle accident was investigated at the intersection of Fox Road and East Madison Road – no personal injury was reported.
