A firearms complaint was investigated on Village Road.
A suspicious activity complaint was investigated on Village Road.
A dog @ large complaint was investigated on Modock Hill Road.

Public assistance was given on Village Road.
A theft complaint was investigated on Route 153.
A traffic stop resulted in the operator being arrested for driving under the influence (subsequent), aggravated DWI, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, driving after revocation or suspension, open container, reckless conduct – place another in danger, speed, failure to use required turn signals and simple assault.

THE FOLLOW ARRESTS WERE MADE:
On 12/29/2008, Matthew Hall, age 26, of Madison, NH was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (Subsequent), Aggravated DWI, Disobeying An Officer, Resisting Arrest, Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Open Container, Reckless Conduct – Place Another In Danger, Speed, Failure To Use Required Turn Signals and Simple Assault.
On 12/29/2008, Birgitta Overbey, age 35, of Madison, NH was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
On 1/1/2009, Fred Casimir Jr., age 33, of Salem, MA was arrested for Driving Under The Influence Of Drugs Or Liquor.
THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WERE INVESTIGATED:
On 12/28/2008 at 3:00 p.m., a two vehicle accident was investigated in the King Pine ski area parking lot – no personal injury was reported.
On 12/30/2008, a one vehicle accident was investigated on East Shore Drive – no personal injury was reported.
