On 12/28/2009, Allan Zack, age 55, of Madison, NH was arrested for Simple Assault (3 x counts) and Alcoholism – Protective Custody.
On 12/31/2009, Allan Zack, age 55, of Madison, NH was arrested for Default or Breach of Bail Conditions (3 x counts).
THE FOLLOWING MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WAS INVESTIGATED:
On 01/02/2010, a two-vehicle accident was investigated on Conway Road – minor personal injuries were reported.
