1.  CALL TO ORDER: Dr. Riss called the Meeting to order at 8:00 A.M.

2.  MASTER PLAN REVIEW: CONSERVATION CHAPTER

              The members worked on the conservation draft for the 2008 update of the Master Plan.

3. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
